Javan Chacko - A creative professional in
the glass painting...
Mr. Javan Chacko is an active social worker, Public Relations Officer of
Janaseva Sishubhavan, an NGO set up for adoption for 345 street children. He
spends most of his spare time doing stained glass painting and is search of
different techniques.
Lonnan Stain Glass Art Gallery is an organisation which has the aim of providing
a better future to the street children, the deaf, the dumb, the orphans and
those suffering from bone diseases especially the children of Janaseva
Sishubhavan who are rescued from begging.

Last Supper

in 93 days work, installed on Maundy Thursday 2003 as a memory to the world war
victims at St. Ann's Church, the only Church dedicated to the Saint in Asia,
situated in Thottakkattukara, Aluva, Ernakulam District, Kerala State, India

AUM NAMA SIVAYA
Ganapathy drives off the evil effects of
the heinous deeds of mankind in to the seas and dances in his mirth before lotus
flowers emerging there of, which is the favourate flower of sun; is the theme of
this painting.Thirteen dancing postures thus,are included in this. The six
dancing postures on the right depict spiritual aspects and the six on the left
represent physical aspects. Among these spiritual and physical manifestation,
five each from each end represent the five senses and the images on either side
of the middle one represent the sixth sense.
The MAHAGANAPATHY dancing in ecstasy on one leg
in the centre represents 'OMKAR' the soul of UNIVERSE, the purity of which
controls the universal harmony.
This 14x4 feet Ganapathy, 12 mm 1500kg single glass(fully handicraft) is
situated in Lieutenant Colonel BHARATH MOHANLAL PADMASREE 's art gallery.
